As soon as you walk in, you are struck by (a) how clean this place is, and (b) the fun 50's decor. Love the photos and other memorabilia of Elvis, Lucy, the Rat Pack, and other icons of the 1950's and 60's. The overhead TV plays 50's shows like The Andy Griffith Show. It's a fun place (see photo). The food is very good. I opted for my go-to breakfast sandwich --- egg whites, Swiss cheese, and turkey bacon on a toasted bagel (photo). It compared favorably with most of the bagel shops in the Princeton area. A side of fruit was fresh and tasty. Our server, Sue, was friendly and helpful but not intrusive --- a real pro! The sign outside of the building says "Monmouth Junction Kitchen," but it is definitely a diner. Try it -- you will be very happy you did. I have been back at least 6-7 times since my first visit, and the food and service keep getting better. I especially love their Garden Omlette thick with a bunch of veggies -- I add cheese. It comes with crispy home fries and toast.

The breakfast at this restaurant was amazing! I had the coffee, a skillet, sandwich, and french toast. The coffee was strong and delicious, the skillet was full of fresh vegetables and meat, the sandwich was perfectly toasted and the french toast was light and fluffy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great breakfast.

Was looking for a diner with that classic retro vibe, and this one totally delivered. The photos in the reviews looked great, so we decided to make the drive, and it was absolutely worth it. The atmosphere had that perfect old-school charm, and the food was delicious. Everything we ordered hit the spot. Great place overall, definitely coming back! Trio salad: chicken, tuna and potato salad Montreal Burger with a side of coleslaw (very creamy!!)

Nice diner!! We enjoyed a really nice meal at this restaurant. We were warmly greeted and had a table right away. Our waitress was great, she was patient and attentive and made our meal very pleasant. The food was fresh and the many is extensive. Lots of choices, including healthy ones. There are some unique items, like the cinnamon roll pancakes (which we ordered and were delicious! Surprisingly, not too sweet!!) The restaurant is accessible ♿️, with tables well spaced, and booths on the sides. Large, clean accessible restrooms (with changing tables!). Parking on site.

Definitely visit for amazing breakfast if you’re in the area. We ordered a coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, a Mexican omelette, avocado toast and waffles. Coffee was okay. Juice was really good. Omelette was great. It was a bit different, good different, from what we normally have at other places, couldn’t exactly point out what but definitely to be tried. Avocado toast was amazing too. So were waffles. Overall, loved the food. Coffee can be better. They never came for coffee refills, so not sure if they do that. We saw the pictures online and thought to explore for its vibes but the vibe of being there doesn’t get captured well in pictures. Can’t stress enough. Service was very good. Decent amount of parking outside. Location is a bit weird as it’s a residential neighborhood. Overall, definitely recommended.

Had the lunch special corned beef Reuben special and Lentil soup Nice size cup of Soup, filled to the top, was piping hot and excellent. And didn’t skimp, as other restaurants seem to do these days, on the corned beef kraut cheese or dressing, oozing out the sides. Nicely toasted and hot. Oh yeah…to top it off the service was top notch! Very attentive and personable too.
